Harbor Springs Realty has merged with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors of Harbor Springs. We are now located at 6789 S. Lakeshore Drive, at the main gate of Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club.   Broker Owners John Carr and Jill Van Alstyne and their licensed assistants, Mary Buchanan and Carolyn Chase, as well as rental manager Jessica Johnston have all moved to the new office.  Carolyn is now a sales person and is also continuing her work as Jill’s assistant. 

To better serve our clients who are used to using this web site to see what we have listed and to search the MLS, we are keeping the Harbor Springs Realty web site active through the summer of 2009.  Our new office number is 231.526.1100.  John Carr and Mary Buchanan have established a new website to feature their listings and enable their clients to search the whole Northern Michigan Multiple Listing Service: Harbor Springs Real Estate.  Jill and Carolyn's new website is currently under construction and will be HarborSpringsProperties.com.  To reach Jill and Carolyn, please e-mail them at jill@freeway.net.
